I decided to take a moment today to remember Louise Hay, who passed away yesterday at the age of 90. What an inspiration she is. Do yourself a favor and take the time to read her story and biography. She turned her life around after an abusive childhood, fractured relationships, and an incurable cancer diagnosis, creating incredible positive change and prosperity for herself and so many others.
When I read Louise Hay’s book You Can Heal Your Life seven years ago, it changed my life. I remember sitting in my bed, angry and resentful about my failed marriage, and suddenly becoming conscious of what I was thinking, as if a lightbulb went off, and remembering that I am responsible for what I am thinking and that I don’t want to be thinking these thoughts. I wanted to be cured, forgiven, and free of the anger and pain I was feeling. So I went down to the bookstore and the first book I saw was Louise Hay’s You Can Heal Your Life, which I read in a day or two and which totally changed the course of my life.

So I read the I got a complimentary copy of this book from Hay House for review purposes over the last evening and this morning. My views are purely my own and are based on my own experiences.
