Divide the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers to get the student/teacher ratio. Please keep in mind that a lower student-to-teacher ratio does not always imply a smaller class size. Schools occasionally employ part-time teachers, and some teachers are hired for specialized teaching with limited class sizes. The student-to-teacher ratio is influenced by these and other factors. Pre-Kindergarten may not be included of the student/teacher ratio in private schools.

“Overall, the consistency of the teachers at Miller is outstanding, and my children have enjoyed their time there. However, my son has also experienced bullying at school and spent a year in a class of out-of-control pupils. Despite the principal’s efforts to collaborate with the “”challenges'” families, the majority of the students suffered during the year because little was done to change the classroom dynamic.”
I adore it!!! In February, we relocated to Bend and enrolled our second-grader (after 2 years of home school). We were welcomed by the Principal upon admission, who also gave us a tour of the school (a huge surprise for ex-Californians who had never seen a principal before). Mrs. Hickmann was a fantastic teacher. She ensured that our son’s transition from home school to public school was smooth and simple, as well as assisting him in making new friends. This school is fantastic!!! The reading program and the passport club (geography) are also fantastic ways to educate the children. Every day, my son looks forward to going to school.
