Lynn will explain how to improve resilience, promote the tolerance of ambiguity, and emotionally equip ourselves and those we love as we pass through this special and challenging time using imagination, connection, and energy. Meet some interesting harmless reptiles that you might come across while walking around Westborough, as well as some amazing specimens from around the world. Learn to recognize, love, and protect these vulnerable animals.
The Knights of Columbus Hall is located at 17 Willow St. in Westborough, MA, with a parking lot in the back. Arturo’s parking lot, 54 East Main St., has overflow parking. — Cross directly into the back of the KofC parking lot by walking behind the Arturo’s house. Along Willow Street, there is no parking.
This program is made possible in part by a grant from the Westborough Cultural Council, a local organization that receives funding from the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency. The Westborough Newcomers Club has also contributed.
Hike in the Westborough Wildlife Management Area with Nick Paulson of the Forbush Bird Club at a leisurely pace. Explore a range of marsh, field, and woodland habitats on easy to moderate trails in search of early spring arrivals. We’ll look for migrant ducks and swallows in the wetlands and marshes.
