Treat your feet massage

How to: treat your feet with theragun

We scrub your feet as they are soaking in sea salt water. Following that, we will give you a foot massage. Hot stones and rubber mallet hammers are used. When massaging your feet, a special foot creme is added.
The last 5 minutes of an hour-long foot massage are used to massage your spine, shoulders, arms, and scalp. At the conclusion of our foot massages, we apply hot towels to the feet. Preparation time, foot scrub, and 5 minutes of head and shoulder massage are all included in the foot massage time.
Hands, feet, arms, thighs, upper back, lower back, shoulder, and scalp massage are all used in the body massage. We use hot bricks, hot towels, and organic oil in our treatments. We use hypoallergenic silicone face rest covers on our face cradles. Except for our Thai Massage, Chair Massage, and 1-Hour Special, we use oil in all of our massages.
Trigger point massage therapy, also known as pressure point massage or body reflexology, is a form of massage that relies on isolated pressure and release cycles to relieve pain. Via deep breathing, the patient must actively engage in the massage. Our massage therapist may ask the patient to pinpoint the exact location of the pain, as well as rate the severity of the pain.
