This has been happening to me as well over the past few days, with everything else tracking fine. It is also being selective in the exercise it tracks, for example, not recognising trampoline bounce workouts but not steps. Can anyone assist me? I’m having the same problem. My steps, minutes of operation, and heart rate are all correctly registered, but nothing occurs in the exercise tab. This issue began last week. My phone’s system and program have been reset.

These fixes are ineffective. On exercise days, the Fit Bit does not record treadmill, walking, or running. Furthermore, even though I manually enter the details, it does not track my weight loss progress. The dashboard seems to be untrustworthy.
