Divide the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers to get the student/teacher ratio. Please keep in mind that a lower student-to-teacher ratio does not always imply a smaller class size. Schools occasionally employ part-time teachers, and some teachers are hired for specialized teaching with limited class sizes. The student-to-teacher ratio is influenced by these and other factors. Pre-Kindergarten may not be included of the student/teacher ratio in private schools.

If you’re looking for a unique “I’m not going to have a yearbook full of people wearing masks! I’m curious if I can persuade… families to send pictures of their home games, such as Pumathon or the Fall Find It Challenge, etc. During these events, send pictures to me at [email protected] for inclusion in the yearbook. I’d appreciate any assistance you might provide me with this year in obtaining as many pictures as possible; I’d rather have too many than not enough.”
The Pioneer PTA’s mission is to support the Pioneer School of the Arts’ students’ education by providing enrichment opportunities outside of the classroom; foster relationships between parents, teachers, and staff in order to provide the best possible education for each student; and promote community among our students, parents, and school staff.
The result? Accurate comparisons between colleges, school districts, and communities in the same (or different) areas, as well as between schools in different states.
It is well recognized that the standard of education offered by public schools differs significantly from one school district to the next, as well as from one city to the next. Furthermore, within any city or area, the standard of a child’s education can differ significantly from neighborhood to neighborhood.

These courses were designed to be on par with other first-year university courses. If the students succeed in the AP programs, they may be eligible for advanced placement, credit, or exemptions when they enter university.
The number of students who scored at or above the proficiency level on their standardized state achievement tests are shown in the tables of math and language proficiency. Despite the fact that these measures are standardized for each state, they can differ from one state to the next. Comparing the outcomes of one state to that of another isn’t always a fair or reliable comparison.
