Over the past fifty years, the Laborers’ International Union of North America (LiUNA) has been preparing its members for work in the highly competitive construction industry. LiUNA has re-established itself at the forefront of the labor movement by introducing the Construction Craft Laborers’ (CCL) Apprenticeship Program, which meets the demand for the highest-skilled and most trained workers. This program is directed by the New England Laborers’ Training Trust Fund and has educated thousands of young men and women who aspire to a fulfilling career in the construction industry as proud members of LiUNA. It is approved in all six New England states.

A good work, one that cannot be outsourced, pays well, provides health insurance and retirement plans, and provides opportunities for advancement, is the foundation of a potential career. It is not necessary to have prior construction experience; only a willingness to learn and work hard is needed. As a LIUNA Construction Craft Laborer apprentice, you can “earn while you study” and receive all of the necessary training. Laborers’ Training Academy of New England Apprenticeship & Training
