Isagenix 9 day schedule
How to do a shake day
After a weekend spent with family and friends at parties, barbecues, and football games (read: pizza, chips and dip, beer, and Mexican food), I decided it was time to step up my weight loss efforts and try the Isagenix 9-Day System!
I was a little anxious because it was my first time committing to a system like this, and I didn’t know what to expect. I used the Isagenix recipe guide to plan some healthier dinner choices, which helped me get organized and feel more prepared.
It is recommended that you complete at least two Shake Days prior to a Cleanse Day when beginning an Isagenix System. This encourages your body to adapt to the lower amount of calories you’ll be eating on a Cleanse Day. On Shake Days, you eat two IsaLean Shakes instead of two daily meals and one sensible (400-600-calorie) meal. On Cleanse Days, the aim is to consume Cleanse for Life and other Cleanse Day snack choices while restricting calories for up to two consecutive days per week (a total of four days per month). I was eager to get started now that I had my supplies!

My isagenix 9 day cleanse step-by-step experience
A high school friend contacted me a few years ago to tell me about a cleansing device she and her husband were using to lose weight. The pictures she sent me and the transition they both went through piqued my interest. I, on the other hand, did not respond to her letter.
Veronica knew I was always passionate about health and fitness based on my social media feeds. And she felt this system would be an ideal way for me to assist others in achieving their objectives. What she didn’t know was that I was still having trouble and was searching for a way to get back on track.
Veronica was still persistent after a few months had passed. So I knew this cleanse had to be unique in some way. I eventually agreed to give it a shot because I couldn’t ignore her impressive performance in just 30 days. I wanted to lose a few pounds at the time. As a figure athlete, it was my “off-season,” but I had worked hard and gained weight. I wanted to sign up for the 9-day cleanse because I was frustrated and desperate.
