Grafton High School is a public high school in Grafton, North Dakota, that opened in 1981. The Grafton Public Schools system runs the school. The Spoilers are the school’s athletic teams, and their colors are maroon and gold. Randy Rice is the acting principal, Jon Koehmstedt is the Activities Director and Assistant Principal, and Darren Albrecht is the Superintendent.
Grafton High School’s student body racial demographics were 64 percent White, 32 percent Hispanic, 2 percent Black, 1 percent American Indian/Alaska Native, 0.4 percent Asian, and 0.4 percent Two or More Races as of the 2017–18 school year.

Grafon Public School District voters approved a bond referendum to transfer and link the middle and elementary schools to the current high school in order to improve operational and safety. ICON contributed to the referendum’s success by assisting with the development of a project website, mailers and brochures, and other educational services. The 80,000-square-foot expansion to the middle school contains 29 new classrooms. To accommodate the increasing enrollment, a small expansion to the elementary school was built, which includes nine new classrooms. A total of 350-400 students will be able to use the new classrooms. There’s also a modern 400-seat auditorium, multi-purpose gym, and consolidated administrative spaces. The 20,000-square-foot renovations include a mandatory redesign and the installation of a sprinkler system in the building for improved protection.
