Women accumulate fat around their thighs and buttocks for a reason, and they fail to lose it. Here’s the lowdown on why your stubborn thigh fat isn’t going anywhere and what you should do about it.
Estrogen is the principal cause of weight gain in your thighs. This hormone causes fat cells to multiply in females, resulting in deposits most frequently around the buttocks and thighs. Owing to the initiation of puberty and a rise in female hormone levels, the size of body fat cells begins to increase at a faster rate in females than males beginning at the age of eight.
Unfortunately, although estrogen levels may decrease as you approach menopause, your metabolism decreases as you get older, making weight gain in all areas a popular concern. When you add in the fact that lower estrogen levels cause collagen output to slow and skin elasticity to deteriorate, you have the perfect storm for cellulite.
When we consider this issue, I believe there are a few questions that need to be asked and answered. We know it would be really costly if we substitute “Manhattan Facelift” for “Park Avenue Facelift” or even “Beverly Hills Facelift.”

Girl with fat legs of the moment

Small, fat legs can be a big style stumbling block for many women. You’re made the way you are, and there’s not much you can do to slim down your legs and make clothes fit more comfortably. You may find yourself shopping in ‘Petites’ on a regular basis. However, you’re unsure which things would best flatter your thick thighs and calves. When you have short fat legs, you really don’t know what to wear.
Furthermore, I am aware that the models in the picture examples do not have longer legs. It was extremely difficult for me to find pictures of models with this body type who were also wearing the styles I suggest while writing this. This is a dilemma I’ve had a lot of experience with. As a result, I respectfully request that you do not concentrate on the size and build of the models in the example images. Instead, concentrate on the text and the design or silhouette of the garment I recommend you wear. If I find better images with suitable models, I will update the post at a later date. These will have to suffice until then, and I hope you understand.
