Last day blues
My oldest son attended from kindergarten to sixth grade and was well prepared for junior high. When he progressed through the grades, he went from being below grade level to being at or above grade level. Mrs. Perry, the former principal, also collaborated with him in a small group to assist him in getting to where he needed to be, which I thought was awesome. Nice instructors, with a strong emphasis on the arts. My younger child is also present and has had a good experience. CDSA is one of our favorites!
This school is incredible. We enjoy the art/dance/music programs and lessons, and we appreciate the opportunities for our children to perform on stage on a regular basis. The PTA this year was amazing, and the parent participation is fantastic. The principal goes beyond and beyond the call of duty, memorizing EVERY SINGLE CHILD IN THE SCHOOL. She recognizes the children and their guardians, as well as the activities and events that occurred during the school year. I still can’t recommend this school highly enough. National Center for Education Statistics, Pitney Bowes, and GreatSchools provided school results. Just to be used as a guide. The GreatSchools Ranking is based on a number of metrics of school quality, such as test scores, college readiness, and equity data.
